WHO I AM

Hello! I am I.Clara, multidisciplinary artist, life coach and founder of «Creative coaching experiences». For more than 20 years I have been researching, studying and experiencing how artistic practices help us to release blockages, heal traumas and emotional wounds, and reprogram our subconscious mind with information that we want to integrate, reconnecting us with higher levels of well-being. being, enhancing inner harmony and joy.

WHAT IS MY MISSION

My mission is to help you learn to know yourself better, release your blockages, discover and enhance your strengths, trust yourself, and activate your creative power to manifest a much more fulfilling life through a unique coaching program by its multidisciplinary artistic approach that will help you activate the true potential that resides within you.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Trained in Art and Design at the Higher School of Art and Design of Valencia, with a postgraduate degree in creative techniques at Central Saint Martins, London. My creative training is complemented by training in design branding, coaching with a gender focus, mindfulness, regressive therapy, systemic psychology, art therapy and release of memories through somatic movement. I am specialized in psycho-emotional transformation through art and accessing and reprogramming beliefs of the subconscious mind through artistic practices. I am the author of the book “Radiant Woman, walk the path back to your essence” and I have developed the “creative coaching method” through which it has helped transform hundreds of people in events and retreats to release personal traumas, release blockages internals , recognize your abilities, strengths and innate talent, create a life of purpose and activate your creative power to create a more fulfilling life.
